S.A.F.E. Intensive® Adult & Adolescent Admission

S.A.F.E. ALTERNATIVES® is a world-renowned treatment program that has helped thousands of people successfully end self-injurious behavior. It has been in operation for over 25 years. A treatment team of experts uses therapy, education, and support to empower clients to identify healthier ways to cope with emotional distress. The S.A.F.E. ALTERNATIVES® philosophy and model of treatment focus on shifting control to the patient, empowering them to make healthy choices, including the choice to not self-injure.

S.A.F.E. INTENSIVE® is a comprehensive treatment program for patients age 12 through late adulthood who engage in repeated self-injurious behavior. Currently, we are able to house clients aged 12 - 21 years old. We will be expanding to serve adults over 21 in 2011. The multidisciplinary treatment team uses individual, group, and family therapies, to support and empower individuals to make healthier choices in dealing with emotional distress. The treatment program is approximately 30 days long, based upon the individual needs and treatment plan of each client. For more information please select from the S.A.F.E.
