Yahoo Group:  NoFear S.A.F.E. Approved

"Years after receiving treatment at S.A.F.E.-ALTERNATIVES® I decided to design a support group for people who are serious about recovering. If you say to yourself "THIS HAS TO STOP!" NoFEAR-S.A.F.E._Approved is a good start. Being recovered from self-injury is when you start acting instead of reacting to situations in your life that have built up inside of you; leaving the thought you have only one choice left. Our focus here is on recovery. Here we talk about our feelings behind the self-injury actions.  I would also like to invite friends and family of self-injurers so they may also have support and an understanding about self-injury. I do understand that the struggle for you is also very difficult."
